Procedure for Game Roster

Adobe_Acrobat is needed for the download of the roster

Before emailing the unsigned pdf file to LaJollaLaborDay@aol.com 

If you cannot open the pdf here is the form in excel format LAJOLLALABDAYROSTER_EXCEL please follow the same guidlines for emailing back

Save the file as: (example: Game_Roster_BU9_Silver_TeamName_CoachName) Please also use this information in the subject title of the email.

Deadline for emailing your game roster is August 29th. 

Roster not completed before this deadline (August 29) will need to be completed during team registration on September 3 or 4 from 6pm-8pm at Allen Field Clubhouse. 

The rosters are printed onto the front size of your game card so if you do not have the roster before the deadline please plan on completing one at registration.
