Thirty minutes (30) prior to the start of each scheduled game a team representative (Coach or Registered Administrator) must present to the Field Marshal the team’s player cards.
The Field Marshal will check the cards with the game roster and confirm the players are in fact registered. The cards will be given back to the team to present to the referee. The game card will remain with the Field Marshal.
Failure of a team to report within ten (10) minutes for a scheduled kick off may be considered a forfeited game
The team representative must present to the Referee the player cards so that the team may be checked into play and the game started at its schedule time.
The Referee will return the player cards to the Field Marshal for score reporting. The coach or registered administrator must pick up his/her player cards from the field marshal after each game and at the end of tournament play.
If your team is changing fields, it's the responsiblity of the team representative to take the game card to the new field.
