La Jolla Labor Day Classic
General Information

WHEN
September 2-4, 2016 (All Finals are on Monday)
 
ELIGIBILITY
Open to all competitive teams in USYSA, CYSA and Traveling Tournament Teams with current travel papers (when applicable)  All teams will be seeded according to their current registered league play, standings from past league play and past tournaments records.  Coaches and/or Mangers please complete the registration form as accurate as possible in order to assist in seeding your team(s) correctly and fairly.
 
PLAYERS/ROSTERS

U7-U10 teams may register a maximum of 14 players.  Six (6) guest players are permitted within the maximum roster size (14).

U11-U19 teams may register a maximum of 18 players.  Eight (8) guest players are permitted within the maximum roster size (18).
 
RULES OF PLAY
(FIFA,USYSA, & CYSA-SOUTH RULES APPLY) It is the understanding of this tournament committee that all teams, including all players, coaches, spectators, and officials, will participate in the spirit of FAIR PLAY and will conduct themselves in accordance with the Tournament Rules.
 
GAMES
Games are located in La Jolla, CA and surrounding areas.  Each team is guaranteed three (3) games (weather permitting). All games will be referreed by USSF referees.
 
TEAM FEES
U7-U10  $575.00 per Team
U11-U19   $625.00 per Team
A $200.00 cancellation fee will be assessed for withdrawal from the tournament before August 5, 2017.  No refund after August 5, 2017.
 
REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
You must register online and send a copy of your registration form and check or money order to La Jolla Youth Soccer; 3908 Torrey Pines Road, La Jolla, CA 92037. Credit cards will also be accepted by phone.  To pay by credit card email ljlabordaysoccer@gmail.com for a call back.  The Registration Form and the team fee must be received by August 5th.  No refunds after August 5th.

It is the responsibilitiy of the team administrator/coach to sign up for the correct age group/gender. Failure to do so the team will not be guaranteed a spot in the tournament unless there is a team spot available in the appropriate age group/gender and/or your team might be placed at a higher level than applied for.  The Tournament Director will make any/all decisions for bracket and/or schedule changes as necessary.
 
TEAM CHECK IN
Mandatory check in is Friday September 1st from 4:00PM to 8:00PM at Allen Field, 3908 Torrey Pines Road, La Jolla, CA 92037. Adults only, please.

Please bring current year laminated coaches card(s), a player card for each player on your game roster and the current year registration/medical release form for each player on your game roster.  Make sure that the forms are signed. If your team is a traveling team from outside CYSA-South, please bring a copy of the approved signed travel papers from your league.
