La Jolla Labor Day Classic will hold a mandatory registration to verify the teams credentials for each player, coach and administrator. Failure to check in may result in a disqualification from the tournament.
A team representative may register on either one (1) of the following registration days:
- Thursday, August 30, or Friday August 31, 2012
- 6PM-8PM
- Allen Field Clubhouse - 3908 Torrey Pines Road, La Jolla, CA 92037
Please bring the following credentials for each player:
- Current laminated Player Card (Signed by your Club Registrar) 2012/2013 (only)
- Player Registration/Medical release form for each player "Signed"
- Player’s Birth certificates should be available. Player(s) playing out of his/her age will need to show his/her birth certificate.
Please bring the following items for each Coach, Assistant Coach and/or Administrator:
- Current laminated Coach credentials (Signed by your Club Registrar)
- Current laminated Administrators credentials (Signed by your Club Registrar
- Travel teams need to bring travel papers with them
Team Game Rosters will be available on site. Game Rosters are frozen at registration.
