Please submit your game rosters before Tuesday, Dec 3, 3pm. If you submit after or not at all by the scheduled time you will need to complete your game roster during team registration night. Thanks!!
How to retrieve your game roster. Under schedules on the tournament web site, go to your age, gender and bracket. Click on your team, a new page will generate, in the right hand corner, top tool bar there is a link to TEAM LOG IN, push this button, from there you will be asked for your email address (the one that you used when you registered) and pin number. If you do not know your team pin number, go to the next step of how to gain your pin number, which is, click on the "click here" and an email will be sent to you with your team pin. If your club registered your team you will need to check with your Club Director for the email that he/she used. Once you have your team pin repeat the above process and enter your complete roster. You can only complete the roster once so be prepared to complete all players at the same time, if you return to complete the roster at a different time it will create duplicate entries on your roster.
Rosters are not frozen until you have checked your team in, you may pencil in any addition information that you forgot during pre check in. Please email if you have questions at firstname.lastname@example.org

Mandatory Registration Night is to verify the teams credentials for each player, coach and administrator. Failure to check in may result in a disqualification from the tournament. (players need not attend)
A team representative being coach, manager or parent may register on either one (1) of the following registration days:
- Thursday, Dec 5, or Friday, Dec 6, 2013 (Thursday is not as busy as Friday)

Please bring the following credentials for each player:
- Current laminated Player Card (Signed by your Club Registrar) 2013/2014 (only)
- Original Medical release form for each player "Signed" (Player Registration Form)
- Player’s Birth certificates are only necessary if a player is playing out of his/her age group
Please bring the following items for each Coach, Assistant Coach and/or Administrator:
- Current laminated Coach credentials (Signed by your Club Registrar)
- Current laminated Administrators credentials (Signed by your Club Registrar)
- Travel teams need to bring travel papers with them
Team Game Rosters will be available on site. Game Rosters are frozen at registration.
Game Day Check in: Forty minutes (40) prior to the start of your teams first scheduled game a team representative (Coach or Registered Administrator, no parents) must present his/her entire team to the Field Marshal along with the team’s player cards. The Field Marshal will confirm the player cards, check each players with the cards and confirm safety within the players gear. Players will not be allowed with medal cleats, jewelry and/or a cast of any kind. The Field Marshal will provide the referee with your teams game card.
After your game the Referee will report the scores to the Field Marshal. The player cards and the game card are to remain with the Field Marshal unless you have a field change, see below. Please report to the field marshal after each game to sign your game card. This practice will help remind coaches to pick up the player cards for the next game if they are changing a field and at the conclusion of the tournament.
Failure of a team to report at the scheduled kick off will be considered for a forfeited game under the decision of the tournament director. The tournament is on a running clock at all times.
Field Change: If your team has a scheduled field change it is the responsibility of the coach and/or registered administrator to pick up his/her player cards and game card from the Field Marshal and transport the teams credentials to the next assigned field. This includes if you have 2 games on Saturday at 1 field and your field changes on Sunday. Thanks!!!
